How can I make payment?

We accept a range of different payments. Cash, Cheque, Bank transfer, Direct debit (Via GoCardless), Debit or Credit Card. Whichever you find easiest. All of this can be accessed via your account which you can log into 24/7.

Benefits of GoCardless - Set up is quick, easy & only needs to be done once. No need to worry about transferring payments anymore as payments are only requested after work has been completed. Payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. Notification is sent via email to notify you of the amount requested and what day it shall be debited from your account.

What happens after my first clean?

You decide how often you would like us to clean your windows. We offer a 4 or 8 weekly service. We’ll send you a reminder email or sms (Whichever you prefer) the weekend before your next clean with a confirmed day we shall be with you. No more wondering when or if your windows will be cleaned!

What happens if I’m not happy with the clean?

If you are not happy for ANY reason simply give us a call & we’ll promptly return to correct or redo them all again & of course at no extra cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything these days is protected by passwords and at times we may forget one. No need to panic. Simply drop us an email with your customer reference and we shall simply reset it. You’ll then need to follow the log in procedure which you will then be prompted to enter a NEW password.

How do I arrange my first clean?

Simply send us a little information on what you require, then we’ll call at a convenient time to give you an approximate estimate on cost. We’ll arrange to come and see you, confirm your quote and then arrange with yourself to undergo the work.

How often do I need to have my frames cleaned?

Your frames are kept on top of throughout every clean. This is included in your price you are quoted.

How do I log into my account?

You’ll first require you customer number which can be obtained at the bottom of every E-Mail or SMS.
 1. Visit gjwindowcleaning.co.uk & click ‘Log In’ which is located in the top right hand corner of the web page.
 2. Next click on ‘Manage account’ followed by ‘Existing Customer’.
 3. Enter your customer reference & password of your choice
 4. Click continue & you will have access to your account.

What would I log into my account for?

Your account is where you can see upcoming cleans, view transaction history, obtain quotes, invoices, make a payment, set up a direct debit & much more. You can even message GJ Window Cleaning directly and even view previous conversations. We think window cleaning should be as professional and seamlessly easy to manage as getting a coffee or takeaway. If you do too then im sure we are the company for you.

Do you provide commercial window cleaning?

Yes – we pride ourselves on our commercial work being to the same high standards you’d expect in your own home.
